1. Innovation in Digital Assets & Web3:
- This category honors pioneering solutions, platforms, and applications that are driving the adoption and advancement of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the emerging Web3 ecosystem.
- Entries in this stream may include innovations in decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency wallets, digital asset exchanges, and other Web3-enabled financial services.
2. Innovation in Cybersecurity and RegTech:
- This stream celebrates innovations that enhance the security, resilience, and compliance of financial systems and services.
- Submissions may encompass cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies, regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions, risk management tools, and compliance automation platforms that strengthen the fintech industry's defenses against evolving threats.
3. Innovation in AI and ESG:
- This category recognizes innovative fintech solutions that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency, personalization, and sustainability in the financial services industry.
- Entries may include AI-powered financial planning and wealth management tools, predictive analytics for risk management, automated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, and other AI-based innovations that promote responsible and environmentally-conscious finance.
The NEXXFINTECH Cum Award 2024, scheduled for mid-July, provides a platform for fintech innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to showcase their ground-breaking solutions and ideas. It also celebrates the achievements of fintech innovators, and inspire further advancements in the industry. Through this program, NEXX aims to foster a thriving ecosystem of fintech innovation, accelerate the adoption of transformative technologies, and position Hong Kong as a global hub for cutting-edge financial technology.
